I think of Lady Bunny as one of the top 3 American drag queens of all time – up there with Divine and RuPaul. I saw her perform live and met her a few times in NYC in the 1980s – she was a friend of my brother’s. Since then her career has taken off and now she’s an amazing aging superstar. She also has a great blog with political rants (very left wing), her performances, and hilarious and/or disgusting videos.
