The translation I saw with this poster said something like we met our 5th year goal of the 6 year plan.

A couple of friends of mine are spending the winter in Montenegro and one of them took this picture. It doesn’t look particularly old but I’m groovin’ on the outfits and the halos.

I’m careful not to say that these men were gay because they could be brothers, best friends, etc. but most of them sure look like gay couples.
