I had a dream (a vision?) last night, a very lucid one, where I was lying in bed and awoke to find Gene Tierney sitting on the edge of my bed by my feet. Her age and hair were exactly as in this GIF. She was wearing a pale green dress and seemed very tall. She was sad, as she is pictured in this GIF, and had a handkerchief in her hands which she rended in her lap. She was looking over at me periodically looking very sad but with sympathy like she had bad/sad news to tell me but couldn’t spit it out or I was sick and she was worried about me. She never said a word.

I can’t remember (and too lazy to Google it right now) who the female star is but I vaguely recall it was a young Julie Christie? Mia Farrow would’ve been a baby and Patricia Neal older.
