Short story collection “Das unheimiche Buch” by Felix Schloemp (1880-1916) Germain bookseller, librarian, editor, writer; illustrated by Alfred Kubin (1877-1959); went through many editions before being banned by the NS government. The usual publisher was G. Mueller in Munich. The “AC” on the spine resembles the “AD” of Albrecht Duerer. Could mean any number of things: bookbinder, special edition, etc. Worked 1977-1987 in bookstores & for publishers in Munich.
