Nice! Looking out at the uncluttered horizon over the water is very soothing. I have a nice view of the ocean from my house – a few ledges in the foreground and then open water. I could have an even bigger view of the ocean but, you know, being a lumberjack is only fun when you are getting paid to do it.
I’ve spent exactly 2 days of my life in Chicago, once in the 70s and once in the 80s. Seemed a lot like NYC to me – big, crowded, cosmopolitan. Great museum!
It’s what I love about it. It’s New York without being New York.
