Not so sexy in the styling department. Clarence Sinclair Bull was a fine photographer but he did seem to just take photos, rather than create scenes (and accentuate both emotion and sex appeal) like my favourite movie star photographer – George Hurrell- did and even Richard Avedon too.

I really, REALLY love the Avedon fashion photography of the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. He makes the women look otherworldly….goddesses.
