He looks like Charles Farrell. That might make the movie “The Rough Riders,” from 1927. That would make her Mary Astor, which isn’t readily apparent, but looking at pictures of her from this time, could be. Just a guess…
I have no idea, you may be right. He certainly seems to be dressed in a Hollywood version of cowboy clothing but the woman does not look like Mary Astor.
