I just looked up poutine as I had never heard of it before and after reading the description of it ……………well let’s just hope that will be the closest I get to it!
Never been a fan of Crown Royal………..and I doubt Maple flavor would change my opinion of it! LOL
Gravy on fries is just so wrong on so many levels. Cheese curd is weird. And then the gravy makes the fries soggy… I just don’t miss poutine. Montreal is full of amazing food – but poutine is not Quebec’s gift to the world (though I am in the minority on this).
Ugh, I knew you had taste. It’s wildly popular here…an entire restaurant dedicated to it in fact. Awful.
I was told once that I should try a Crown Royal and Royal Crown. I still need to do that one day just because of the name.
Well, I don’t have “your UNYIELDING good taste” but poutine is a no-go for me. I don’t drink liquor anymore but when I did it was only vodka or pricey aged rum from Martinique. You can still be a queen even if you don’t drink Crown Royal.
