You can’t tell from the photo that it is extremely cold out there and if I had panned down you’d see field/lawn covered in a lot of snow. Still very much Winter here, no signs of Spring.

The German Kaiser is on the left wearing Nicholas’s military uniform and The Russian Tsar on the right is wearing Wilhem’s German military uniform (with the pointy hat to boot). What larks!
