  1. Fun fact: Dana Andrews and Jeanne Crain were both dubbed for this movie though Dana Andrews was a classically trained opera singer. The idea of him being a singer didn’t really go with his image so the studio assumed he couldn’t sing and never asked about it. He didn’t stop them because he figured the guy providing his singing voice needed the work, so he kept mum.
