Ken Farragut (1928-2014) was a star at Moss Point before becoming captain at Ole Miss in 1950. He later played four years with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Thanks for the correction. Wherever I found this image it was titled John Wayne but I had my doubts. I certainly don’t know anything about vintage American football players. Or even current ones for that matter.
