Haha! this isn’t Isis, he’s obviously male! This a Greco-Roman period depiction of her son Horus as a child, Harpocrates in Greek. He holds snakes, scorpions, and other dangerous beast as protection from their attacks.

I don’t know, looks kind of “breasty” to me but maybe Horus had man-boobs.
