I think, though I’m not sure, that they were the parents of King George V’s wife Queen Mary.

That would be Queen Victoria (seated), Prince-Consort Albert, and their 14 year old daughter upon the occasion of introducing their daughter to her new husband. Pre-arranged and underage! She didn’t actually marry the guy till she was 16 and, as a nice postscript, it turned into a lasting and apparently happy marriage.
