This was from after the 1960-61 revamping of the “jump clock” (as it was called at the point of original service in 1950) of the MONY building, where the number of bulbs on each side was slashed from 569 to 130. “The Wonderful World Of The Brothers Grimm” dates this pic to 1962.
P.S. This was also in the period when the once-and-future Loew’s Capitol on Broadway and 51st was branded as the Loew’s Cinerama (as it was from 1962 to 1964).
