The Wall went up 60 years ago today, 13 August 1961. Many made it across, many died caught in the barbed wire; most others endured corrupt regimes of the former Soviet Bloc. One is rising again, accompanied by a second one. Time to sound the alarm. Or must we wait till there’s a third and a fourth gay-basher regime in the EU?
