My first thought on reading about this baldfaced theft was “that’s impossible!” But it happened again and again. If Putin’s barbarianism isn’t put down hard we’ll all suffer terribly in the future. I’m tired of worrying about his “red lines.” Time to focus on decency and democracy, come what may.
