Those are NOT chaps. Chaps are trouser legs attached the the belt, worn usually over a pair of denim trousers. Sometimes without any pants at all, but the belt is essential. These are thigh-high boots. Nothing more. Nothing less. Reply

You are correct, them are booties not chaps.
