As a fellow anglophone, but also a francophone living somewhat near Paris, I don’t think we say « Paris à nuit » to mean “Paris at night.” The common expression would be « Paris la nuit », or perhaps even, « La nuit à Paris ». Just saying — sorry, no offence.
I don’t mind being corrected (as long as it’s nicely). Used to be near fluent in French but I left Montréal a long time ago and have rarely used or speak French since.
