Really? I’ll defer to your superior knowledge on Golden Era movie stars but it sure looks Gary Cooper-ish to me (maybe because I associate him with Westerns and Cary with wearing tuxedos in sophisticated romps). Who knew Cary could butch it up? Now that you mention it, Gary’s face is a lot longer and more pinched too.
