    • Yup. They lived together, happily ever after. But didn’t sail to the new world to escape repressive Europe – they stayed in England – unlike the characters in “Maurice”. Interesting guys. But I don’t understand how they got away with it (be openly gay and co-habitating) in Victorian England while Oscar Wilde was crucified. Also, the shock of an upper class man shacking up with a working class bloke! Get my smelling salts!
