I’m never sure about anything! But I just went and looked at some other photos of Susan and I do still think this one is of her too. I know what you mean – there was a 1940s French chanteuse/actress that looks similar (and I can’t think of her name at the moment) but she wasn’t as va-va-voom as the lady in this picture.
Hmm, looks like Susan to me, though I’ll admit the shadow on that nose is dreadful. The photographer should be shot.
Maybe the photographer didn’t like Susan and did it on purpose. I was looking more at the overall effect of her pose rather than the fine details. She certainly has “vamp” written all over her.
