In the town I live in we have a small public library. It is run by a woman who looks very much like Linda Evans in her Krystle Carrington days (see picture below). She has very little knowledge about books and her main ‘talent’ is in gossiping and incessantly chatting with people who drop by the library. A quiet library it is not. She also, as a friend of mine attests to, has a penchant for things with googly eyes on them. She was spotted with a whole bag of Christmas decorations with googly eyes on them and said she adored them. So… I was thinking if you combine books with googly eyes… we’d have a whole library that looked like this.

Ugh, it isn’t nearly as funny in real life. She a vicious gossiper. I mean, sure, I gossip. But she makes stuff up – mean stuff – and I don’t. In the end we mix as well as Krystle and Alexis.
There is Fun Gossip, and then there is Mean Gossip…………..I prefer the Fun Gossip and after your explanation of what her true character is really like, it alters my opinion of her…….But I still find the penchant for Googly Eyes rather funny….and would love to see her Christmas Tree…….LOL
I did try to get a mutual friend to take a picture of her googly eyed Christmas tree, LOL.
