Fun fact: I haven’t had liquor or beer in over 20 years. I only drink wine. How much wine? By myself, a glass or two while making dinner a couple of nights a week. Socially? Depends on the circumstances. Just a couple of glasses at a cocktail party with clients but with friends, generally once or twice a week or on vacation, it can be anywhere from a couple of glasses to well over a bottle.

I used to drink a lot, when I was in college, but one night I blacked out and drove home, like that. Scare the crap out of me. Now? I’ll have a beer once in a while, usually with Mexican food, or a glass of red wine when socializing…but will also go months without a bit of it. Much better.
