There is some resemblance, but I would be surprised if this is Judy. The photo looks like the 1950’s, when Judy would have been in her 30’s, and this model is younger. I would be interested if you have evidence this really is Judy!
Plus I have the Judy gene. You can fool me on baseball players, but I’m pretty good at divas.

I don’t know for a fact that this picture is indeed Judy but wherever I got it from labeled it as such. I looked at the pic of Judy with Mewsette, which would’ve been from the 50’s too, and she does look older by then as you pointed out.
