UPDATE: Funny that a day after I post this image, which I had no idea where it came from, I decide to watch an old movie on TV called “The Bishop’s Wife”, starring Cary Grant and Loretta Young, and lo and behold this is from that movie. Cary Grant as an angel, decorating a lackluster tree.

“The Preacher’s Wife” is the 1996 remake starring Denzil Washington and Whitney Houston, directed by Penny Marshall. Denzil is adorable as Dudley, but the remake lacks the chemistry of “The Bishop’s Wife.”
