This is one of my favorite sci-fi horror images, from 1960’s “Tormented.” She is either Lugene Sanders or Susan Gordon (daughter of the director, Bert I. Gordon, AKA B.I.G., because most of his movies feature giant creatures). This pose appears on the one-sheet and on one of the lobby cards. It’s wondrously silly.
Thanks for your comment/info! I had no idea what the context was of the shot, but I too thought it was kind of funny – her expression. More grossed out than fearful of impending doom (damsels in distress).
