Yesterday was the 13th anniversary of this blog. Sadly, the internet and land line phone service was out in my town all day & cellphone coverage inexplicably poor, so I was unable to post yesterday. Still going strong, and OMG 9.5 million hits over these 13 years? Never imagined that would happen. As always, I’d like to take this moment to remember that I dedicated this blog to my older brother, David, who died 29.5 years ago of HIV/AIDS. His memory is indeed a blessing and I still think of him every day. I have a framed, large print of this photo of him hanging in my office (just to the left of me now) and his spirit shines on.
